University degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field
Initial hands-on experience in employer branding, with a proven focus on creating and implementing successful employer branding strategies
Strong understanding of current market trends and best practices in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and talent attraction
Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft and convey a compelling employer brand story across diverse audiences
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing projects end-to-end, from conception through execution
