Lead a Sales Team to Achieve Strategic Growth
The Head of Sales is responsible for driving sales growth, leading the technical sales of our scientific products, and building strong relationships with new and existing customers. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their needs and working closely with our engineering team to provide customized solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Global Partnership Management: Foster relationships with sales partners worldwide, helping to shape annual sales targets and achieve growth goals.
* Sales Operations: Prepare and deliver quotes, manage order processing, and work alongside our technical support team to address customer needs.
* Travel & Outreach: Organize and conduct client visits, demos, product presentations, and represent us at trade fairs and conferences.
To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in a technical or scientific discipline or equivalent experience in industrial engineering with a strong technical background. Additionally, you should have a proven track record of selling complex, technically advanced products to international customers.
