Key Responsibilities:
* Inventory Management: Ensure that inventory levels are optimised to meet customer demand, while minimising waste and excess stock.
* Demand Planning: Develop plans to meet customer demand, taking into account seasonal fluctuations and other market trends.
* Sourcing and Procurement: Source high-quality products from reliable suppliers, negotiating prices and lead times to ensure optimal delivery schedules.
* Invoicing and Logistics: Manage the invoicing process, including accurate pricing and payment terms, and coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or supply chain management.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
