We are currently hiring a Senior Commercial Insights Manager – DACH for one of our clients, an international, innovation-driven organization operating in a consumer-focused environment.
As part of a global Commercial Insights & Analytics function within a broader Strategy & Transformation setup, this role plays a key part in driving data-driven commercial decision-making across the DACH region.
You will work closely with regional leadership teams, embedding market, consumer, and performance insights into commercial strategy. The role combines deep analytical work with strong stakeholder engagement, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that influence strategic and operational decisions.
Acting as a trusted thought partner, you will support key initiatives, evaluate commercial impact, and ensure that strategy is consistently grounded in evidence and measurable outcomes.

#129504; The skills and knowledge you’ll bring
~⏳ 6+ years of experience in Insights & Analytics, ideally in a commercial or consumer-driven environment
~#127891; Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
~#128202; Strong experience analyzing commercial performance data (Sell-In, Sell-Out, inventory metrics) and syndicated market data (e.g. GfK, Nielsen or similar)
~#128722; Background in FMCG or consumer goods is strongly preferred
~#128421;️ Solid knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI is a strong advantage)
