Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Representative to support our local business units and drive people-related initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with local and international senior leadership to shape our HR strategy, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and ensure a consistent and positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on all HR-related matters, providing strategic guidance and operational support
2. Provide hands-on local HR support to employees and managers on-site in Germany, ensuring accessible guidance on day-to-day HR matters, fostering strong relationships, and maintaining a visible HR presence
3. Partner with international business units to understand workforce needs and develop tailored HR solutions
4. Lead initiatives in talent development, succession planning, performance management and other projects
5. Support change management efforts to ensure successful implementation of global projects and transformation initiatives
6. Collaborate with the local and global HR team to ensure consistency in HR practices, policies, and frameworks
7. Drive employee engagement strategies and foster a culture of collaboration and inclusion
8. Coach and mentor managers on leadership, performance, and employee relations topics
9. Work closely with the Works Council (Betriebsrat) in Germany, ensuring constructive cooperation and compliance with co-determination requirements, including consultations, negotiations, and agreement development
10. Handle essential HR administration tasks, including data updates in HR systems, and the accurate documentation of employee-related processes

Qualifications
15. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
16. 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including business partnering in an international context
17. Strong understanding of global HR practices, labor regulations, and cultural dynamics
18. Proven track record in leading strategic HR initiatives and influencing senior leadership
19. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
20. Ability to navigate complexity, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively across borders
21. Fluent in German and English
