Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Depositary Officer. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical part in ensuring the compliance of Alternative Investment Funds with regulations.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Taking care of day-to-day operational depositary work, ensuring Alternative Investment Funds comply with regulations;
* Daily cash flow monitoring;
* Oversight duties including NAV Oversight and Investor Activity Oversight;
* Safekeeping of assets, ensuring existence and ownership of the assets held by the Alternative Investment Fund;
* Efficient organization and prioritization of tasks, completing work, including client deliverables, to a high standard and on time;
* Performing analysis and controls to mitigate the risks linked to depositary services;
* Communicating confidently as a point of contact for clients for both operational topics and the management of internal & external parties' relationships;
* Prepare Depositary Reporting and attend Board Meetings;
* Working collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent client service;
* Acting in line with compliance and regulatory requirements as well as internal AD Policies and Procedures (PPDs) and Risk guidelines;
* Consistently embedding the Alter Domus values as a guiding principle in all your daily activities, actions and decision-making process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree preferably in Accounting, Finance or Economics or Law;
* Show interest in the Financial Sector and specifically in the Private Equity and Real Estate Industry;
* Between 0 and 2 years of relevant experience;
* Fluent in English (Knowledge of French and/or German will be considered as an asset);
* Very good knowledge of MS Office;
* Organized, flexible and able to manage several tasks;
* Kean to work in a small structure and combine a large autonomy with the necessary attention to detail;
* Dynamic and have excellent communication skills;
* Possess team spirit, the capacity to build strong client relationships and take initiative to act without waiting for direction when appropriate.
