For our exciting new Store in Munich, we are looking for a Assistant Store Manager (m/w/x).
You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
Induction of new employees and organization of training courses
Implementation of floor management
Responsibility for achieving monthly and annual sales targets including year-on-year sales growth
Updating the visual merchandising and implementing updates and animations
Ensuring order and cleanliness on the sales floor
Analyzing the key figures for the respective sales categories and deriving sales activities
Creating the daily staff planning and coordinating employees on the store floor (zoning)
Complete merchandise management, from receiving to proper storage, booking out, returns and tester management
Responsibility for the proper opening and closing of the store, including cash register closing
Reporting and tracking of maintenance and merchandise issues
Deputizing for the Store Manager in case of absence
Responsible for store operating according to Sephora Audit rules
Compliance with operational routines
~ Reliable, hands-on, and solution-oriented
~ Previous management and team leadership experience and emphatic management style is required
~ Strong hands-on mentality and presence on the sales floor
~ Basic knowledge of SAP and Excel is an advantage
~ Good knowledge in English and native language of the country
