In a working student engagement with P&G, you are expected to work up to 20 hours/week, hence working part time along with focusing on your university subjects as well. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Conduct data analyses & feasibility studies for automation projects.
2. Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
3. Simplify work processes by utilizing digital tools (Power BI, Excel).
4. Use Lean Management Tools (VSM, WPI) to identify and eliminate losses.
5. Assist in implementing Safety, Quality and 5S standards within the warehouse.
6. Work with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain challenges and optimize end-to-end workflows.

Job Qualifications
YOUR PROFILE
10. Enrolled at a German University working towards your Bachelor / Master, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or related fields.
11. Living in commutable distance from Gross-Gerau area and willing to work from the office for at least 3 days/week.
12. Proficiency in English & German language.
13. Good collaboration, communication, and analytical skills.
14. Great level of self-organization.
15. Ability to demonstrate leadership by approaching and solving challenges.
16. Team oriented, with a “can do“ attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results.
17. Creative, innovative, strong in your initiative, follow-through, communication, and priority-setting.
18. Able to play a key role and influence across levels and functions.
