As the Marketing Manager, you will own the development and execution of localized, data-driven marketing strategies that directly fuel growth, elevate performance, and strengthen our market presence. What You’ll Do Develop and execute localized marketing strategies aligned with national objectives to drive traffic, conversions, and growth. Manage and optimize paid performance campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and additional platforms to improve ROI and ROAS. Oversee content creation and performance across all digital channels, including web, email, and social media. Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and cross-functional specialists to support product launches, promotions, and lead-generation initiatives. Analyze campaign data, report on KPIs, and implement continuous improvements to maximize marketing efficiency and business impact. What You’ll Bring Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, influencers) with strong ROI/ROAS ownership. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional marketing initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Strong analytical skills with expertise in evaluating conversion metrics and optimizing multichannel performance. Proficiency with platforms such as GA4, Looker Studio, Klaviyo/HubSpot, and CRM or email marketing tools.
