This freelance role offers a commission-based structure, meaning your earnings will be directly tied to your successful candidate placements.
Position: Freelance Recruitment Partner
Location: Remote
Employment type: Freelance - able to invoice
Remuneration: Commission per placed candidate
Responsibilities:
* Utilize various channels like job boards, social media, and networking to find and attract top candidates
* Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and identify the best fit for roles
* Collaborate with our Service Delivery Manager and Managing Director to ensure smooth recruitment processes
* Maintain a steady pipeline of talented candidates and build lasting relationships with them
* Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
* Keep candidate profiles updated in our ATS for future reference
Requirements:
* Proficient in English (spoken and written)
* Ability to source candidates both within and outside of Germany
* Experience recruiting internationally and flexibility with roles
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects independently
* Strong time management and organizational skills
* Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques (nice to have)
* Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software (bonus)
