JOB DETAILS
Role Title: Program Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise, lead, and mentor a pool of functional analysts, providing guidance, support, and oversight to ensure high performance and quality output.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering best practices in requirements management and Agile product analysis and design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and delivered as intended.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) as a team leader and quality gatekeeper.
Mandatory Skills and Experience:
• General Leadership - Proven experience leading and mentoring teams of analysts, developers, or cross-functional project teams.
• Supervision - Experience supervising documentation quality, structure, and consistency across multiple products or business lines.
• Agile Methodology - Practical experience working in Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
• Stakeholder Management - Strong communication and collaboration skills. Internal
