Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.) and Events are ‘jewels in the crown’ of the Harley-Davidson business – seen internally and externally as strategically crucial as our point of difference as a brand, as well as operationally excellent with strong commercial success. This role will execute Customer Experience programmes and events across all countries within the market. They will organise customer and community activities, events, tours and rider training and other initiatives. Promoting positive customer, community and dealer relationships through effective delivery of programmes within the local markets, the individual will constantly seek to improve the experience for both community, core and outreach customer in the region.
Job Responsibilities
* Coordinate H.O.G. member benefits, systems and programmes to deliver year on year growth of membership numbers and satisfaction KPIs.
* Deliver member communication in market including local channels, content and connections.
* Plan and successfully deliver Harley-Davidson events across all markets and audiences – community, trade and outreach.
* Measure and report on a consistent set of Key Performance Indicators for events to help understand each activity and to provide metrics for future event planning.
* Develop training programmes and materials for Dealers in connection with customer experience programmes (H.O.G. and events).
* Negotiate contracts with Dealers, Vendors and Suppliers to meet the requirements of all aspects of customer events and programmes.
* Work with the local marketing colleagues to deliver marketing for related promotions and support for customer experience events.
* Oversee and support budget responsibility for customer experience programmes (H.O.G. and events).
* Liaise with local and regional stakeholders for seamless delivery in matrixed cross functional teams.
Experience Requirements
Required
* Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills in dealing with influential individuals
* Agency/supplier management across multiple agency relationships and contracted individuals.
* Ability to communicate fluently in German and English.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Preferred
* A full motorcycle licence.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent field.
