AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. You'll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. We are looking for a Data Center Engineering Operations Technician to join our expanding Infrastructure Operations team. Data Center Engineering Operations Technician is a hands-on electrical and mechanical equipment troubleshooting and operation responder. Own the safety initiatives and projects to foster strong safety culture.
• ENGINEERING & FACILITY OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE
o Take daily operational readings of all mechanical and electrical equipment through routine rounds/log-taking (temperatures, voltages, currents, etc.)
o Supervise contractor or Engineering Operations Technicians to ensure proper operation and maintenance of all facility equipment.
