If you’re passionate about Commercial Excellence and interested in supporting the further development of sales operations within the Fresenius Group, consider joining our team, where you will work on diverse and challenging tasks in close collaboration with different departments across Fresenius and throughout Europe. Being part of an international effort to enhance commercial processes, you will gain hands-on experience in supporting upcoming changes to sales operations both at the European level and within individual countries. This role offers valuable insight into the development and implementation of Commercial Excellence at Fresenius Kabi.
Your challenge in detail
1. You will maintain and improve Commercial Excellence activities by researching and preparing information on global competitors as well as new regulations relevant to Fresenius Kabi
2. You will support the preparation of policy reports for senior management, ensuring timely and accurate updates
3. Furthermore, you will contribute to effective interactions with Fresenius Kabi companies across Europe
4. You will assist in organizing, preparing and following-up on internal and external meetings concerning Fresenius Kabi’s Government Relations and Competitor Intelligence activities
5. You will create high-quality PowerPoint presentations, manage Excel spreadsheets and update internal SharePoint sites
6. Last but not least, you will support research and analysis of upcoming proposals concerning CRM, Salesforce Effectiveness, Pricing and Tendering
Your competence is in demand
7. Current full-time studies in Business Administration, Economics, IT, or Finance
8. Excellent English skills and proficiency in at least one additional European language
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
