Responsibilities:
1. Independent preparation of tax returns and e-balance sheets for corporations and partnerships using Datev Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen accounting software
2. Assistance with research for statements on tax and commercial law issues
3. Assistance with the tax section of the annual financial statements
4. Assistance and advice on income tax issues
5. Support in accompanying external and special tax audits of our German companies within the group
6. Assumption of general administrative and coordination tasks to support the tax department
Qualifications:
7. You are a tax clerk or have successfully completed your tax specialist exam
8. You have several years of professional experience
9. You have excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel
10. You also have good practical knowledge of DATEV (especially law firm accounting)
11. You have good verbal communication skills
12. You work independently, in a structured and meticulous manner
13. Fluent German and good written and spoken English round off your profile
