Knorr-Bremse is embarking on AI journey and we, Transformation and Digitalization Office, design and drive this journey. Jointly with both divisions and corporate.
YOUR TASKS
* Support in AI Use Case Demand Management - Assist in design, documenting and organizing AI use cases across KB (e.g., improving data quality, clustering, building up agents to assess AI use case clusters, connect data exchange between AI inventory and in internal reporting tool, etc.). Support in AI Learnings journey, overview, internal alignments, communication.
* Support in design and implementation of AI strategy contents for intranet (web-format), incl. Call-To-Actions, news; support community building and internal communication. Support in communication, including power point presentations for executive board and top management.
* Support in providing transparency on benefits created with process mining solution Celonis - collection and consolidation of data Knorr-Bremse wide for Benefits (actuals and forecasts), including alignment with business areas and functions. Drive consolidation and update status per workstream. Taking over Celonis Admin tasks to ensure access and functioning of the platform.
* Community and Communication - Support with agenda and content collection for Know-How sessions to drive digitalization and innovation. Support in design and implementation of the communication strategy and plan.
YOUR PROFILE
* Studying business administration, industrial engineering or similar
* Very good written and spoken German and English skills
* Very good Microsoft Office skills
* Experience with AI is of advantage
