The following exciting, diverse tasks are waiting for you:
* Process Ownership
o Serve as the owner and subject matter expert for transport business processes within Lixil Europe
o Develop, document, and implement process changes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
o Analysis of logistics processes to identify deficits and optimization potential
o Design and realization of standardized processes in the area of transport management in the context of the global implementation of SAP S/4 HANA at Lixil.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Collaborate with various internal departments (e.g., IT, finance, operations, etc.) as well as external stakeholders and act as a liaison between business units and technical teams
o Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders
* Project Management
o Conception and implementation of a transportation management system
o Lead or support process improvement projects from initiation to completion
o Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and manage project timelines, resources, and risks.
Our requirements:
* Successfully completed studies in business administration or comparable qualification
* Experience in transport logistics
* Problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Enjoy communicating with a diverse group of stakeholders and individuals
* Business fluent in German and English
* Ability to work in a team, assertiveness and a high level of initiative
