Key Senior Roles in Building and Real Estate Management
The ideal candidate will support the project in Civil, Structural and focus on Architectural and Real Estate Management as well as project management, including code interpretation, project planning and scheduling, resource monitoring and control, interface coordination, supervision on quality, safety, and security.
* Support construction and architectural design topic activities focusing on office and general infrastructure
* Manage building related permits and communicate with related authorities or parties for construction issues
* Monitor design progress of design consultant and identify potential risks based on construction schedule requirement
* Plan, allocate, monitor of schedule, resource, support construction material selection process
About This Role
This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with CSA design to local code and regulations, management of building related permits, data-driven decision making through monitoring design progress of design consultants, project involvement in planning, allocation, monitoring of schedule, resource, and support in construction material selection process. It also involves collaboration in interface coordination and integration between different construction contractors, document management in creation, management, and maintenance of project documentation related to BIM processes.
Skills and Qualifications
* Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
* Familiarity with project scheduling software (Microsoft Project, etc.), graphic software (AutoCAD, etc.), and BIM software (Revit, etc.)
* 5+ years of experience in CSA engineering or a related field
* In-depth understanding and practical experience with German and international building regulations and construction sequences
* Entitlement to submit construction documents
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and capable of working under pressure
* Strong analytical thinking, highly effective interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with others
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office
* Fluency in German (min. C1) and English (min. C1)
