We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Coordinator. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing documents, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
* Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and maintaining applicant records.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Requirements:
* Education in Human Resources or a related field.
* 2-5 years of experience in an HR or recruiting administrative role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
* Experience or strong familiarity with HRIS/ATS platforms.
* German: Native or fluent (both written and spoken).
* English: Fluent and professional (both written and spoken).
* A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn quickly.
* The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
* Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
