Fund Accountant - Responsibilities
As a Fund Accountant - Private Equity, you will be responsible for the full cycle of accounting and reporting for a portfolio of SOPARFIs / SPVs / fund vehicles linked to Private Equity and Private Debt structures.
Main Responsibilities:
* Prepare and review NAVs, quarterly reporting, and annual financial statements under Lux GAAP, and occasionally IFRS.
* Maintain general ledger and ensure proper reconciliation of accounts.
* Assist with consolidations and group-level reporting as needed.
* Support in tax returns (CIT, VAT) and regulatory reporting (CSSF, BCL).
* Liaise directly with clients, auditors, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and strong communication.
* Participate in board meeting preparations, payment instructions, and other administrative tasks.
* Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and contribute to team success.
Fund Accountant - Your Profile:
* 3 to 6 years of experience in Private Equity fund accounting, ideally within a PSF, fund administrator, Big 4 or asset manager.
* Solid knowledge of Lux GAAP; IFRS and consolidation experience is a strong asset.
* Experience with SOPARFI / SPV structures, including holding and financing entities.
* Team player with a proactive, reliable, and client-focused attitude.
* Fluent in English.
* Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
Fund Accountant - We offer:
* Salary: €65,000 - €70,000 gross/year
