Responsibilities:
1. You familiarize with GT-Suite and the existing model of the fuel cell application
2. You conduct literature research of MPC for fuel cell applications - anode/cathode path
3. The development of the model for the model predictive control (NN: NARX, QARX) as well as the development of the control within Simulink is part of your tasks
4. You test the control algorithm within the Co-Simulation of GT-Suite and Matlab/Simulink
5. The documentation of the results rounds off your tasks
Qualifications:
6. You are enrolled in a degree program in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering or a comparable field of study
7. Ideally, you already have an understanding of fuel cell modelling (basic knowledge of thermodynamics and electrochemistry desirable)
8. You have a basic understanding of model predictive control, mathematical modelling of complex routes and the formulation of optimization problems
9. Experience in working with the tools Git, Matlab/Simulink and GT-Suite and in the programming languages Python and Matlab is desirable
10. A structured and conscientious way of working is characterizing you
11. Very good knowledge of German and English rounds off your profile
