Responsibilities
* Advise on banking transactions, financing structures, and regulatory compliance.
* Draft, review, and negotiate banking and finance documentation.
* Participate in client calls, meetings, and deal execution.
* Ensure compliance with Luxembourg and EU banking regulations.
Profile
* 2-6 years' experience in banking law within a law firm or corporate setting.
* Strong technical knowledge and drafting skills.
* Fluency in English; German is highly desirable.
