This is a career-defining role for an ambitious, experienced Executive Search Consultant or 360 Recruiter who specialises in the Life Sciences sector. You will be building a business as one of the founding members of the DACH team, for an international Life Sciences Recruitment business. As a new office launch for an already very successful international business, you’ll have the security and financial stability of an established organisation, combined with the pace, growth, commercial exposure, and excitement of a start-up.

You may be based in Hanover or open to relocation. Fluent German is essential.

This is a PE-backed UK recruitment business that has made a name for itself in the Life Sciences Executive search sector due to delivery, pace and agility. They compete for complex C-Suite mandates and pull and place contingent work ahead of their competition thanks to a deep network and global reputation. After a successful launch in the USA, they are now expanding to Germany, headquartered in Hanover. A Head of DACH is in place, and this hire will help continue growth with commercial exposure and responsibility beyond a pure billing role in a larger firm. Ideal candidate
* At least 3 years in a full 360 Recruitment role within the Life Sciences sector
* All vertical markets considered
* A minimum of €250k+ billed annually
* Ambitious and pacey, looking for a role with tangible business impact
* Seeking a career opportunity to build a business from the ground up
* Likes freedom and autonomy and trust from senior leadership
* Fluent in German, ideally native speaking
* You may be based anywhere and willing to relocate to Hanover to start the role

Package
Base Salary : Up to €70,000 depending on experience
Relocation : There will be support with relocation if you are not currently in Hanover
Annual Leave : Unlimited annual leave

Interview Process : 3 stages : 2 x video interviews and 1 in-person at the UK Headquarters or in Hanover
