IT Service Management Consultant

We seek an experienced IT service management consultant to join our client, an EU Institution. The ideal candidate will focus on developing, configuring, and integrating IT service management systems with a proven track record of participation in complex integration projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert-level services for IT service management and related products.
* Perform IT service development, configuration, and integration using technologies such as REST API, web services, and script-based solutions.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Conduct workshops for clients and internal teams if needed.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IT service management and integrations.
* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and IT service management product updates.
Profile Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience with IT service management and related products.
* Proficiency in using Spoon, PowerShell, and Data Manager for data migration.
* Experience with Cloud technologies.
* Strong experience with REST API, web services, and script-based solutions for integration projects.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent English, any other language considered a plus.
* Experience with Agile and Azure DevOps considered a plus.
