What you´ll do
* Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives as confident expert: Lead workshops involving all plant actors to increase the level of skills and autonomy of the production teams
* Capability Building: Coach on HPS activities and approaches in all pillars including on-the-floor activities
* Capture and disseminate current best practices worthy of reapplication
* Establish an integrated, seamless working relationship with plant manager and HPS manager, and the rest of the organization
* Develop leadership team and especially HPS managers; lead the network of HPS leaders within the region
* Track the progress cluster sites master plan and give appropriate advice, detect possible obstacles and escalates if needed
* Work closely with HPS team to develop and implement standards to the community
* Seek permanently state of the art solutions from external world which could make a difference for Henkel
What makes you a good fit
* Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
* Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in Operational Excellence or Continuous Improvement in manufacturing environment, preferably FMCG
* Experience working in managing multi-site/regional initiatives and kaizens
* Best in class continuous improvement experience, e.g., Toyota Production System, and in Lean tools including but not limited to process mapping, value stream mapping, Kanban, Kaizen, Jidoka, TPM, and use of automation in world class facilities
* Open mind and “humble” to learn, Strong entrepreneurial and team spirit. Excellent time management, analytical, problem-solving, logical thinking skills. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
* Perseverance, ability to work under pressure. High level of commitment
* Fluent in English (additional European languages a plus)
* Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% mainly within the Western Europe region
