Compliance Officer RC – Human-Sized PFS, Limited Overtime
based in Luxembourg, supporting an international client base in the administration and governance of corporate and investment structures. The Luxembourg office operates with a team of around ten professionals, allowing for a close working environment where communication is direct and responsibilities are clearly defined.
The organization also promotes a hands-on approach, where each team member is involved in day-to-day operations and contributes directly to the quality of service delivered to clients.
Compliance is fully integrated into its business activities , particularly in relation to investor-related processes.
As part of its continued growth and the strengthening of its internal control framework, the company is now looking to recruit a Compliance Officer with at least 3 years of experience and exposure to Transfer Agency activities.
Compliance – AML/KYC – Transfer Agency – Regulatory - RC
You will be responsible for overseeing compliance processes, ensuring that internal policies and procedures are aligned with Luxembourg regulatory requirements.
You will review and validate onboarding files, perform ongoing due diligence and ensure proper monitoring of client relationships.
key point of contact for compliance matters , providing guidance and support to internal teams.

3 years of experience in Compliance in Luxembourg , ideally within a PFS, investment firm or fiduciary.
French and English , both written and spoken.

The company offers an attractive salary package, with a remuneration of up to €85,000 gross per year, depending on your experience and level of autonomy.
