Your future tasks:
* Design and deliver data-driven IT projects on Databricks platform
* Hands-on implementation of Cloud & Data Engineering projects
* Provide best practices support for customers and synvert in Databricks area
* Stay up-to-date with the most recent features of Databricks
* Land & Expand: recognise opportunities and risks in the Cloud Data analytics area
* Demonstrate good communication and presentation skills to effectively engage and persuade customers upon initial interaction
* Coaching of practice members, contributing to the success of the Databricks cluster at synvert
Voraussetzungen
* > 4 years of experience in the area of Platform / Data Engineering & consultancy
* Good knowledge and hands-on experience with Databricks
* Experience with hands-on implementation of the Cloud/ Data Engineering projects
* Excellent programming skills (e.g. Python, Scala, Java; object-oriented). Any other language considered a plus
* Strong technical skills in emerging data technologies, especially in Databricks
* Expertise in one of the following areas in Databricks: Unity Catalog, Data Warehousing, Performance Optimization
* Bachelor / Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Information Management or in similar qualification
* Certifications in Databricks: e.g. Associate or Professional, or proven record of delivering projects with Databricks
* Openness to occasional travel (up to 30% of the time)
* German, English: fluent in speaking & writing
* Very good presentation and communication skills
