Job Description
- Strategic assortment and budget planning, including the preparation of seasonal forecasts
- Monitoring of sales performance and derivation of in-season measures like reorders
- Preparation of weekly sales reports and presentations and creating ad-hoc analyses
- Identifying growth potentials and white spots within the assortment categories
- Strategic development of our private label portfolio in close collaboration with Buying
- Continuous optimization of our Merchandise Planning toolkit and processes
- Work closely with our Buying & Design Teams and be a key contributor to the success of our own brands About You and studioselect
Qualifications
- University degree in Business, Economics or a comparable field
- 3+ years of experience in Merchandise Planning
- Strong analytical mindset, deep understanding of sales KPI and entrepreneurial spirit
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and Google Sheets
- High level of independence and a hands-on approach to problem solving
- Strong communication skills and confidence in collaborating with various stakeholders
- Fluent in English
Nice To Have
- German skills
- First experience within fashion e-commerce
- Knowledge of Power Query
