Your new job includes
As Transformation Enablement Manager, you will work with the Head of to build a central business capability for transformation readiness, develop a clear transformation enablement architecture with scalable products and tools, and ensure that change is implemented quickly, clearly and measurably effectively in our organization.
In particular, you will
* develop sub-concepts for the transformation enablement architecture and design control formats that strengthen the organization's transformation fitness
* define collaboration and prioritization logic and promote the establishment of new ways of working to increase focus and speed
* targetedly involve stakeholders, manage interfaces and drive a clear engagement strategy
* measure the impact and progress of the transformation portfolio, develop measurement logic and dashboards, and derive measures from them
* identify organizational blockers, analyze obstacles and develop pragmatic solutions
* help shape a transformation movement - through modern community-building approaches and activating exchange
* develop effective communication and enablement formats that make change content understandable and promote personal initiative
Preferred Profile
* Several years of experience in complex change initiatives, ideally in the areas of strategy, digitalization & adoption, or new work, as well as a good understanding of how organizations can be changed sustainably
* Strong hands-on mentality and a pragmatic, can-do mindset
* Confident handling of complex and dynamic situations, as well as the ability to create clarity and set priorities
* High resilience and frustration tolerance when dealing with resistance and diverse stakeholders
* Strong communication skills and confident manner across all hierarchical levels
* Analytical strength in interpreting data and deriving concrete measures
* High level of digital competence, confident use of Microsoft 365 and GenAI; ideally supplemented by Power BI or modern collaboration tools
* Well-founded facilitation, coaching, and consulting skills with strong knowledge of agile and systemic methods
