As part of our growth and to complement our team, we would like to fill the position Sales Manager Industrial - EMEA (m/w/d) for our Nuremberg location: Customer Acquisition and Relationship Development Acquire new customers and strengthen existing relationships in automotive and industrial sectors Analyze customer structures and identify key decision-makers to build effective contact networks. Sales Execution & Negotiation Develop customer-specific strategies and solutions based on individual needs Create and present customized offers; support contract preparation Lead pricing and contract negotiations independently in line with company policies Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with internal teams (Project Management, Marketing, Product Management, Production) to align on customer requirements Provide field insights to support product development and strategic planning Your Profile: 5-8 years of sales experience in the industrial and/or automotive supplier industry, ideally with exposure to the display market Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification Fluent in German+English, comfortable working across cultures and international markets Strong technical understanding and ability to translate customer needs into viable solutions Excellent communication skills, team-oriented, with a structured and solution-focused approach Open for business travels national+international approximately 50% of the time This is very important to us We are a growing company, and our success is based on teamwork and innovation.
