You will gain an insight into the following topics and areas of activities Your contribution and development will focus on analysis and improvement of existing processes of Safety culture by: Compile Global Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
o Collect and consolidate occupational safety KPIs from various sources.
o Use Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for creating clear, visual presentations for Senior Management.
o Create dashboard in Excel showing trends in e.g. Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate (LTIFR) and visualize it in PowerPoint charts.
* Support Global Standardization Projects:
o Assist in documentation and data structuring for occupational safety processes.
o Align templates and reports with internal guidelines and global standards, like Workplace
o Risk Assessments and Work Permits.
o Updated Occupational Health webpage tailored to key audiences: general workforce, leadersand OH professionalsCreate Standardized communication materials and templates
o Create Reusable checklists, training decks, one-pagers, and aligned webpage content
Your Profile
* Enrolled in a technical degree program (e.g., Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related fields).
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* Structured and detail-oriented working style.
* Interested in occupational safety and process optimization.
* English is a must, German and other languages a plus.
What we can offer you
* As a student intern, you can expect a fair expense allowance (payment of the currently valid minimum wage)
* You will be given 2.5 paid days off per full month of the internship
* A full-time internship is 37.5 hours a week
