Responsibilities Develop and maintain an Integrated Project Control Plan tailored to each project. Design and implement modules such as scheduling, Earned Value Management, interface, risk, and change management, along with reporting and document control. Implement the IPC framework at the project level. Create and update construction-related work calculations, baseline schedules, and define technical KPIs. Conduct technical comparisons and deviation analyses, and develop corrective measures. Participate in monthly project reporting. Collaborate with support departments to enhance internal reporting and analysis tools, such as dashboards. Qualifications Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field (Dipl.-Ing., Master, Bachelor). Several years of experience in technical controlling. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with iTWO/Arriba is advantageous. Knowledge of Primavera and Tilos is advantageous. Strong analytical skills, high affinity for numbers, and good communication and assertiveness skills. Reliability, flexibility, willingness to travel, and site work readiness.
