BTC provides its members, individual business travelers and SMEs, with a distinct range of exclusive services, which shape tomorrow´s upgraded travel experience. The goal of BTC is to deliver growth as well as sustainable profitability over time by enhancing customer loyalty between the brand and its customers, enabling the Brands Repositioning in the marketplace and unlocking additional potentials via optimized supplier management. Thus, BTC and its products, plays an important role in HRS´s DACH strategy as it revolves around a disruption of the interplay between hotel and workplace supply and e-commerce and a domination of the Business Travel DACH market. Your mission is to further develop and shape the "The HRS Business Travel Club" and its solutions and make it the next innovation of the HRS Group together with a great team.POSITIONWe are seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to build and own our product organization and strategy. In this role, you will lead our product teams, drive the discovery phase of new features, and optimize our booking funnels for maximum efficiency and conversion. You will coach and develop product managers, bringing modern product management practices into the organization. This role is integral in shaping the strategic and operational direction of our product development for the HRS Business Travel Club E-Commerce unit.CHALLENGEChampion the discovery phase of product development, identify customer needs, conduct interviews, and create problem spaces for product managers to explore.Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategy. Oversee all stages of the product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring continuous optimization.Together with Engineering and Design, you are responsible for the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution. Ensure product development initiatives are closely integrated with overall business strategies.Develop and lead a team of multiple Product Managers, support them as a mentor, and empower them to grow together. You fostering a culture of excellence and innovation, set high standards and encourage the team to achieve strategic goals.Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for conversion rate optimization activities. Establish a framework for ongoing monitoring and communicate progress and insights to stakeholders.You contribute to the further development of product management and ensure a focus on results, transparency, and efficient workflows.FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED Website level of experience in product management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role overseeing product teams.Demonstrated success in leading and scaling product management teams, with a history of delivering user-centric solutions that drive significant business growth and improve conversion rates.Deep understanding of product development processes, agile methodologies, and experience with event-driven, microservices architecture.Strong strategic planning skills, including the ability to develop product roadmaps, allocate resources effectively, and use data-driven decision-making to steer product direction.A passion for improving user experience and a proven ability to conduct customer interviews, define problem spaces, and focus on delivering customer value.Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a track record of leading continuous improvement initiatives and driving innovation.Experience working in a global context and understanding diverse market needs is a plus.Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.PERSPECTIVEAccess to a global network of a globally united and mutually responsible “Tribe of Intrapreneurs” that is passionately dedicated to renewing the travel industry and while doing so reinventing the ways how businesses stay, work and pay.
