Hankook Tire Europe GmbH is searching for Internal Control (ICFR) Specialist (m/f/d) Your tasks ICFR (Internal Control over Financial Reporting) Support the operation and enhancement of the ICFR framework across EU entities Perform internal control assessments in line with SOX and COSO frameworks Support the implementation and continuous improvement of internal control processes to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness Collaborate with Global HQ to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance and operational risks EU Sales Controlling Support financial performance management of European sales entities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Monitor working capital and accounts receivable (AR) with a focus on risk management Prepare and analyze key management reports to support business decision-making Manufacturing & Investment Controlling Support performance analysis of manufacturing operations, including production, inventory, and cost performance Analyze variances in manufacturing costs and SG&A against plans Oversee capital investment controlling processes, including budgeting, execution monitoring, and closure Support investment management systems and related governance processes Your profile Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field preferred 1 years of experience in internal controls, accounting, compliance or audit is a plus Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP (FI/CO preferred) for efficient data analysis and reporting Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach to processes and procedures. Business-level fluency in English (written and spoken). Korean is a plus.
