We are seeking a Senior HR Leader to join our dynamic global team. As a trusted advisor to the Executive Committee and Global Leadership Team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our organization.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will lead global Talent Management programs, including leadership development, learning, succession planning, and performance management. This includes driving key initiatives such as 360° feedback, mentoring, coaching, and organizational talent reviews.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with business acumen and the ability to link talent initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Developing and implementing Talent Management strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Collaborating closely with global and local HR teams to drive high-performance culture across the organization.
* Fostering a strong company culture and boosting employee engagement through impactful programs and tools.
* Overseeing the design and execution of learning strategies using platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Qualtrics, and GoFluent.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 10–15 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5+ years in a strategic Talent or Leadership Development role in a global or regional context.
* Proven ability to design and lead global Talent agendas at executive level, ideally in international matrix organizations.
* Strong presence and credibility to influence and challenge senior leadership, including Board-level stakeholders.
* Strategic thinker with business acumen and the ability to link talent initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
* Experienced people leader with a successful track record of managing and developing international teams.
* Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
