* Tasks and their distribution can be adapted over time based on requirements, but it remains a sales activity
* Professional reporting: timely and proper completion of all administrative tasks
* Service provision based on KPIs
* Close collaboration with AbbVie's internal sales force
Your profile
* Completed pharmaceutical sales representative examination or equivalent studies (§ 75 German Medicines Act)
* Professional experience in regional management
* Proven success in sales activities in the pharmacy or GP sales force
* Experience in neurology is a plus
* Confident, persuasive, and presentable personality with strong communication skills
* High flexibility to adapt to changing requirements
* Experience working in cross-functional infield teams
* Experience with virtual channels for customer interactions
* Strong digital skills and proficiency with digital applications (e.g., Veeva CRM, MS Office, MS Teams/Zoom)
