We’re looking for a tech-savvy Operations Manager with a background in backend development who’s ready to step into a strategic, operations-focused role. You’ll be responsible for optimizing and automating internal processes—especially around invoicing, reporting, and systems integration. This role is ideal for you if you want to pivot from a developer/heavily tech focused role into Operations, bringing a builder mindset and a passion for process improvement.
YOUR TALENT
Must have:
* You have 3+ years of experience in a role with backend development responsibilities or proven experience in automating and optimizing processes. You’re now looking to transition into a more Operations-focused role and move beyond purely development-focused work
* You’re proficient in Python and SQL
* Experience connecting and working with APIs and databases is a must
* You have a data-driven mindset and pay close attention to detail
* You’re passionate about optimizing and automating processes
* You’re a self-starter with a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
* Ability to work independently and be output/results-driven
Nice to have:
* Experience with HubSpot
* Experience using Jira
* Familiarity with invoicing systems or finance operations
* Previous experience in startups or high-growth environments
HAVE AN IMPACT
* Playing a key role in our operations team, focused on optimizing and automating internal processes
* Execute and continuously improve our existing invoicing automation process
* Build integrations between systems using APIs and databases
* Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across platforms
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., tech, finance, business ops)
* Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics
* Take ownership of operational efficiency projects from start to finish
