1. Lead the technical development of AI-powered prototypes and MVPs solving user and business problems

4. Translate ideas into functioning UX – fast
5. Collaborate directly with brand stakeholders (product, editorial, tech) and management board to shape solutions that matter
6. Champion a build-measure-learn culture: test fast, fail smart, iterate quickly
7. Mentor other engineers and foster technical excellence and curiosity
What we would expect from you...
8. Expert-level experience with Generative AI and LLMs – using APIs (e.g. OpenAI) or building with open-source models
9. Strong full-stack engineering skills – frontend, backend, and system integration
10. Experience with: LangChain, RAG, TTS, STT, MCP, vector databases, prompt tuning
11. A product mindset: you care about value, usability, and speed, not overengineering
12. A passion for experimentation, and the pragmatism to throw ideas away when they don’t work
13. The ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders and translate problems into code
14. An interest in shaping how AI is used in real-world media products – not just demos
15. Bonus: Knowledge of media platforms, ad tech, or analytics tools
