The Team
Corporate Transformation Services (CTS) advises clients on profitability and strategy. Our Consumer and Retail Group (CRG) focuses on operating results, large-scale transformations, and M&A activities.
How you will contribute
* Deliver international transformation, turnaround and performance improvement projects from assessment to execution, ensuring effective implementation.
* Partner with client leadership to define priorities and drive company‑wide efficiency enhancements.
* Translate strategy into actionable, results‑oriented solutions.
* Drive top‑ and bottom‑line impact, addressing critical business challenges and delivering sustainable results.
* Contribute to thought leadership and raise CRG’s profile internally and with clients.
Qualifications
* Excellent university degree and strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in a top‑tier consulting firm and leadership role in corporate settings.
* Proven track record in leading transformation and performance improvement initiatives within FMCG, Consumer Durables, or related fields.
* Goal‑oriented mindset, charismatic personality, collaborative and confident working style.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to deliver the latest thinking in a competitive advisory market.
* Trusted advisor with a hands‑on mindset, capable of building credibility quickly across senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
* Native or business‑fluent in German and English; additional languages highly desirable.
