Responsibilities:
1. Independent inquiries of components or materials using appropriate tools
2. Supplier search for selected product groups
3. Supplier Communication: Sending and managing supplier questionnaires and draft contracts, supporting the supplier registration process
4. Uploading Contracts in Contract Management Software
5. SAP Supplier Master Data Maintenance
6. Reporting tasks
Qualifications:
7. Student (f/m/d) Industrial Engineering, Business Administration with a technical background or with a comparable course of study
8. Initial experience with technical drawings, specifications and different production processes (focus on metal)
9. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot, Macros, etc.), ideally SAP MM, BI
10. Fluent in English & German
11. Communicative, interdisciplinary thinking, structured approach, independent way of working
