Responsibilities
* Support and enhance business applications and IT systems
* Provide user support and coordinate with external service providers
* Monitor systems, interfaces, and operational processes
* Troubleshoot incidents and resolve technical issues
* Assist with testing, releases, updates, and user access management
* Support IT infrastructure and information security initiatives
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing applications
Requirements
* Degree or vocational training in IT
* Experience in application support, IT operations, or application management
* Knowledge of user and permission management
* Experience with monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting
* Understanding of complex IT systems and processes
* SQL, web services, or interface integration knowledge is a plus
* Fluent German language skills
