To support our current growth, we are looking for a
Supply Chain Assistant (m/f/d)
Fixed Term Contract – 18 months
Supply Chain Assistant
He/She is in charge of collecting the relevant data to make the forecasts and the reception and shipping plans.
Provide factories with forecasts of net requirements to produce based on historical sales figures, stock levels, promotions, security stocks and pending productions
Adjust Reception plan due to production scheduling of factories and decisions Sales & Operations meeting (Planning New Introductions, Delayed orders ....)
Analysis of deviations between net requirements and real production; Fluent in English is mandatory; French and German are considered strong assets
First experience or prior experience in supply chain or a related field is an asset
Strong IT skills, particularly in SAP, Demand Planning Systems and MS Excel; Demonstrates a genuine curiosity about the business and the markets under your responsibility (e.g. conduct research, validating data quality, engaging with stakeholders)
Comfortable interacting with different departments to ensure end-to-end supply chain consistency
