Job Title: Senior Actuary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced actuary to join our finance and actuarial team. As a senior actuary, you will be responsible for providing actuarial advice to the CFO, Board and Branches.
* * Reserving tasks under local GAAP, IFRS and Solvency II in close collaboration with our entities.
* Assisting our Chief Actuary in providing actuarial advice to the CFO, Board and Branches.
* Providing guidance on Solvency II topics across the Organisation.
* Supporting Risk Management, ORSA-process, and Planning/FP&A.
* Offering guidance regarding reinsurance and underwriting across the Organisation.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A university degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or related field with strong quantitative focus.
* Qualification from an actuarial body recognised in the EU is an advantage.
* Several years of experience in actuarial reserving (ideally motor), data-oriented tasks, regulatory reporting under Solvency II or similar.
* Competent MS Excel user and experience with actuarial software (preferably ResQ).
* Good team skills, the ability to work collaboratively with fellow colleagues across Europe.
* Fluent in spoken and written English and ideally German, and the ability to move confidently in an international environment.
