As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while ensuring quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all interactions.
What you'll do
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and enthusiasm
* Accurately document interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in CRM systems
* Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the customer journey
* Stay up to date with products, services, and policies to provide accurate information
What we're looking for
* Danish (C1) written and spoken
* English (B2) level
* Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a call-center environment
* Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and customer-focused mindset
Compensation Details
* Base Salary: €1,500 × 14 months (gross)
* Complexity Bonus: €80 × 11 months
* Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day
* Position Bonus (Braga): €20 × 12 months
Welcome Bonus (Attendance-Based)
* Paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year
* Conditional on <6% unjustified absenteeism in the previous month
* Not part of fixed salary
