As Co-Founder / Managing Director (m/f/x), you will take full ownership of building and leading an early-stage consumer brand.
You will be responsible not only for shaping the company's long-term strategic direction but also for driving operational excellence on a daily basis. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will act as both visionary and operator — defining the business model, building the team, and creating a strong market presence. As a true co-founder, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the venture's success — from early market validation through to global expansion.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Defining, planning, and executing the overall business strategy
* Managing budgets with full P&L accountability
* Building and leading a high-performing, cross-functional team
* Overseeing product development from concept to successful market launch
* Designing and executing data-driven growth and marketing strategies
* Collaborating closely with the C-level leadership team and investors to align vision, execution, and long-term value creation
Qualifikation
* Minimum of 5 years professional or entrepreneurial experience in strategy consulting, investment banking or startups
* Excellent degree in economics, business administration, marketing or relevant area from a top university
* Proven leadership skills
* Hands-on and results-oriented approach
* Strong analytical capabilities
* Fluency in English and German
* Availabililty to start within the next 3 months
