Business Data Analyst
Location: Remote/EU

Our client, a leading Asset Management company is searching for a Business Analyst, with expertise in data to join them immediately on an interim contract until he end of March 26 initially. This position will bridge the gap between business and technical teams to ensure that the transactional data is unified across different systems.
Role responsibilities:
* Work with stakeholders to gather transaction data from their CRM platform and two other data sources.
* Examine and interpret the data structures and schemas of each system to integrate transactions into a single, cohesive data model.
* Record data mapping details and transformation processes to guide engineering teams.
* Verify that the resulting data table is complete, precise, and consistent with business objectives.
* Break down high-level product requirements into detailed user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
* Perform gap analysis using tools like SQL and Postman to confirm requirements and detect any missing components.
Skills required:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in data-driven environments
* Experience with data integration and documentation best practices
* Prior experience working with SQL, Jira, Confluence
* Experience working within the Financial Services sector
* Agile/Scrum development environments
Requirements:
* No need for visa sponsorship

* 5+ years of work experience with SQL
* 5+ years of work experience with Jira
* 3+ years of work experience with Agile & Waterfall Methodologies
