Contract Management Professional
We are seeking a seasoned contract manager to lead our sales team in the field of contract management.
* To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in contract management and be able to develop strategic concepts for claim management.
* You will work closely with our legal and sales teams to create well-founded recommendations on project-related topics.
* You will analyze and evaluate contract contents throughout the entire project lifecycle and prepare measures in case of contract breaches.
* You will also build and maintain a secure, transparent document management system including text modules, contract templates, and negotiation guidelines.
About This Role
This is a key leadership position that requires professional and disciplinary leadership of a contract management sales team. You should have a university degree in law, economics, business engineering or a comparable qualification. We expect several years of experience in international contract management, preferably in the automotive or technical sector. Your expertise should include contract law, claim management, and collaboration with legal interfaces. Proficiency in English is essential, both in writing and speaking.
