Private Banking Relationship Manager
We are recruiting a Wealth Relationship Manager to join our client, a leading international bank with a strong presence in Luxembourg and active in Private Banking, Wealth Management, and Corporate Banking.
Position Overview :
* Development of a Private Banking portfolio
* High level of commercial autonomy
* International and well-structured banking environment
* Demanding high-net-worth clientele

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and structure a portfolio of private clients
* Acquire new clients and financial intermediaries
* Design and execute your commercial business plan
* Identify opportunities through targeted prospecting and market analysis
* Organize and participate in client events (seminars, conferences)
* Build long-term, trusted client relationships
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive wealth solutions
* Ensure accurate follow-up and reporting via CRM tools
* Deliver excellent service quality and ensure high client satisfaction
Candidate Profile :
* University degree in Finance or Economics
* Proven experience in Wealth Management / Private Banking
* Strong knowledge of wealth products (asset management, wealth planning, financing solutions)
* Strong commercial skills with a proven ability to close deals
* Entrepreneurial mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and high ethical standards
* Fluent English, French is an asset
* CFA / CAIA / CISI certifications are a plus
* Willingness to travel and strong mobility
