Your tasks As a Product Safety Engineer, you lead and manage security and cybersecurity aspects throughout the entire product lifecycle. You ensure that our products meet the highest safety standards, comply with regulatory requirements, and maintain robust cybersecurity practices. You work cross-functionally with internal teams and external suppliers to develop and maintain safety documentation, oversee risk mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards. Your tasks: Develop and maintain safety documentation such as Safety Plans, Safety Arguments, and Safety Cases to demonstrate product and system safety compliance Ensure product safety across all safety-related domains (e.g., thermal, chemical, electrical, high voltage, passive, etc.) by identifying risks and implementing mitigation measures Create and manage Development Interface Agreements (DIAs) and Cybersecurity Interface Agreements (CIAs) with suppliers to ensure clear communication and alignment with safety and cybersecurity standards Coordinate internal and external plans and milestones for safety and cybersecurity activities and deliverables, providing regular updates to senior management on progress and challenges Stay up to date with relevant industry safety standards and regulations to ensure ongoing product compliance Your profile Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field 5 years of experience in safety development (e.g., Functional Safety, Cybersecurity, HV Safety, Mechanical Safety, etc.) Proven experience in product safety engineering, preferably in the automotive, aerospace, or electronics industry Strong understanding of safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262, ISO 21448) and cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISO 21434) Knowledge of UL4600 and safety engineering methodologies is a plus Experience with autonomous vehicle development and AD features is a plus Experience working in a startup or fast-scaling OEM environment is a plus Fluent in English, both written and spoken Your Personality Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented working style Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment About us HOLON is one of the first vehicle manufacturers for autonomous movers with the standards and scaling potential that we know from the automotive industry.
