Responsibilities:
1. Take ownership of smaller projects to support both the marketing and sales departments
2. Provide day-to-day support, including handling inquiries and managing documentation
3. Assist in portfolio management through data analysis and reporting
4. Coordinate tasks across different categories and departments
5. Support both the Sales and Marketing leadership with administrative and organizational duties
Qualifications:
6. Completed bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in business or a related field
7. first experience of relevant professional experience, ideally in an administrative or assistant role
8. Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken
9. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams); experience with SAP or similar systems is a plus
